They wanted to grow and develop their top brand, Accu-Chek, through tailored digital marketing techniques.

They also wanted to become top-of-mind brand for people with diabetes in Romania.

The challenge


It is challenging to communicate and engage with end customers the highly regulated pharmaceutical industry. 

The nature of the industry (diabetes) means communication and ad placement on social promotions can be challenging. We ensured campaigns comply with brand and platform regulations, whilst delivering relevant traffic and creating awareness for the brand.

We have implemented a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, which has not only increased awareness, but transformed Accu-Chek Romania into no. 1 diabetes brand in the online environment.

Our tactics included delivering inspiring yet medical approved info to help people with diabetes cope with their everyday struggle, while positioning Accu-Chek as the number one diabetes authority in Romania.

This allowed us to connect with out target audience through multiple touchpoints, creating a meaningful user flow and experience.
